1. Licensing
All of our themes are under GPL license. (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html)
Licenses are valid according to the plan you choose from the date of purchase. After your subscription expired plugin/theme will continue working, but you won’t get technical assistance. To continue getting support and updates next year you can renew your license with 50% discount of the current price.
License holders cannot distribute, freely giveaway, or resell their license . The license is only transferable by contacting us and requesting an official transfer of the license to a new owner. The license is intended to be used on the license holders web site(s). Client’s site usage is permitted in situations where the license holder maintains an ongoing relationship with the client as a consultant. Providing Peregrine Themes as a service or providing Peregrine Themes as part of a web hosting solution does not constitute an ongoing client/consultant relationship under these terms.
2. Automatic Updates
Automatic Updates are not available. When a updated released by us customer will be notified by email. Customer have to download the package by login to their member account . A Personal site license can be used for a single site and you will receive support for 1 year, A Business license can be used for up to 3 sites and a Agency license can be used for unlimited sites owned by you or your clients. You may not share or resell your license.
Updates are provided for a term of one year from the time of purchase. After one year you must renew your license key in order to continue receiving support and product updates.
3. Support
Free Product Support :-
We offer free-of-cost support on all Free products that come under our WordPress.org account. The priority of that type of support is less than paid once.
Paid Product Support :-
All paid users and customers are getting support for any product purchase related to our services with the following rules:
- You should provide valid registered account details and website temporary admin access via email or support ticket if the admin requests.
- Please don’t modify or change the product code before asking for support.
- Third-party product conflicts will not be under these criteria.
- You can directly contact us using the Support Form.
4. Refund Policy
We have the following refund policies:
- Before purchasing any product from https://peregrine-themes.com/, we believe you visited the plugins and themes demos site. That is, all products purchased inadvertently or by mistake are not eligible for a refund.
- We regret to inform you that direct refund requests cannot be accommodated for any customer.
- Refund will not be granted if you change your mind or if your circumstances change for example your client cancel the project.
- You can ask for a refund within 7 days of the purchase being made if you have a valid reason not to use purchased products.
- If you asked for support with any product and I am unable to resolve your issues within the time.
- No refund will proceed during the support if you switch to another plugin/theme or solution.
- Refund processing time 1 week after the request is confirmed. Or It will take a while, you will get notified by admin in rare cases.
- A refund will not be initiated if the product conflicts with active themes or other plugins or third-party products.
- No refund will issue on Multiple Website Licence purchases.
- No refunds on themes bundle purchases.
- Please be aware that purchases made at a discounted price are not eligible for refunds.
5. Delivery
After we have successfully processed your payment, you will receive an email with the download link. This may take up to one hour to arrive but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us. You may then log in to your member account to receive support, if you use the email address you used to purchase the plugin you will have instant access to all support-related material.
6. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. All products are property of Peregrine Themes. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.
7. Site Content / Copyright
All coding work is done from scratch and all of our themes are coded as per WordPress coding standards (https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Coding_Standards) Images on all of our themes are from Flickr commercial usage allowed or Pixabay.com GPL compliant. However, we cannot guarantee for the Copyright of these images since they come from the third-party source. We sell themes and not images and their usage on our website is for demo purposes only. Any image found copyright protected should be either purchased or given due credit to the owner.
All site content, including imagery and documentation that is published on https://peregrine-themes.com/ is the property of Peregrine Themes. Any replicated site content must be authorized in advanced. Content from this site shall not be used or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Peregrine Themes.
8. Price Changes
Peregrine Themes reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a license with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change. Notice of price changes will be made on the site.
9. Transnational Emails
Peregrine Themes may on occasion send you email notifications related to your Peregrine themes license. These transnational emails may include notification of licensing changes, changes to our terms and conditions, license expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your purchase of Peregrine Themes.
10. Warranty
Our plugin is guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress. We do not guarantee it will function with all 3rd party Themes and plugins or with all web browsers. We are not responsible for any plugin compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is our policy to support our Themes and plugins as best we can and we will provide support for 3rd party plugin conflicts at our discretion or as time allows. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of installing this plugin.
