1. Licensing

All of our themes are under GPL license. (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html)

Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. After a year your plugin/theme will continue working, but you won’t get technical assistance. To continue getting support and updates next year you can renew your license with 50% discount of the current price.
License holders cannot distribute, freely giveaway, or resell their license . The license is only transferable by contacting us and requesting an official transfer of the license to a new owner. The license is intended to be used on the license holders web site(s). Client’s site usage is permitted in situations where the license holder maintains an ongoing relationship with the client as a consultant. Providing Peregrine Themes as a service or providing Peregrine Themes as part of a web hosting solution does not constitute an ongoing client/consultant relationship under these terms.

2. Automatic Updates

Automatic Updates are not available. When a updated released by us customer will be notified by email. Customer have to download the package by login to their member account . A Personal site license can be used for a single site and you will receive support for 6 months, A Business license can be used for up to 5 sites and a Agency license can be used for unlimited sites owned by you or your clients. You may not share or resell your license.
Updates are provided for a term of one year from the time of purchase. After one year you must renew your license key in order to continue receiving support and product updates.

3. Support

Peregrine Themes. offers WordPress Themes and plugins “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like or will be compatible with all 3rd party components and Themes and plugins. We do not offer support via email or otherwise support WordPress or other WordPress Themes and plugins we have not developed. Support is offered via a license key. Purchasing a license key gives you access to our documentation and support ticket system. Support and product updates are provided for a term of one year from the time of purchase (for business and agency plan). After one year you must renew your license key in order to continue receiving support and product updates. Only the license holder is permitted to request support or access support resources.
License holders are not permitted to re-post support content or documentation on any external websites, social media outlets, etc. Posting screen captures of this content is also prohibited. Violation will be grounds for immediate termination of the support license and all access to support content and product updates will be discontinued.

4. Refund Policy

We will be happy to consider a refund within the first 14 days of your purchase. Before a refund will be given, you must allow us to assist and help solve any problem you have by opening a support ticket. No refunds will be given after 14 days from the initial purchase. Refund also will not be granted If you simply decide not to use the product or buy the product accidentally.

5. Delivery

After we have successfully processed your payment, you will receive an email with the download link. This may take up to one hour to arrive but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us. You may then log in to your member account to receive support, if you use the email address you used to purchase the plugin you will have instant access to all support-related material.

6. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. All products are property of Peregrine Themes. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.

7. Site Content / Copyright

All coding work is done from scratch and all of our themes are coded as per WordPress coding standards (https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Coding_Standards) Images on all of our themes are from Flickr commercial usage allowed or Pixabay.com GPL compliant. However, we cannot guarantee for the Copyright of these images since they come from the third-party source. We sell themes and not images and their usage on our website is for demo purposes only. Any image found copyright protected should be either purchased or given due credit to the owner.

All site content, including imagery and documentation that is published on https://peregrine-themes.com/ is the property of Peregrine Themes. Any replicated site content must be authorized in advanced. Content from this site shall not be used or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Peregrine Themes.

8. Price Changes

Peregrine Themes reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a license with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change. Notice of price changes will be made on the site.

Peregrine Themes may on occasion send you email notifications related to your Peregrine themes license. These transnational emails may include notification of licensing changes, changes to our terms and conditions, license expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your purchase of Peregrine Themes.

10. Warranty

Our plugin is guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress. We do not guarantee it will function with all 3rd party Themes and plugins or with all web browsers. We are not responsible for any plugin compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is our policy to support our Themes and plugins as best we can and we will provide support for 3rd party plugin conflicts at our discretion or as time allows. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of installing this plugin.
